Scheherezades Gypsy Travellers have been described as "a sensuous soul serenade." Their act is a fusion between dance, middle eastern music, magic and storytelling.

Scheherezade was the daughter to the vizier of a mad sultan. Sultan Sharyar having been betrayed by his wife declared that all women were evil and that none could be trusted. He however could not do without their pleasures and so married a new woman and beheaded her in the morning.

His kingdom was nearly deplete of daughters. Then came Scheherezade. She kept the bloodthirsty Sultan at bay by telling him new stories each night and never finishing them till the next. Then she would start another. This she did for a thousand and one nights during which time she gave birth to three children. We three represent those children; a drummer, dancer, and storyteller sorceror.
